Light Integrated Management is a non-governmental organization founded in 2020 with a mission to promote public safety, security, and accessible justice. Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance public safety, security, and justice by strengthening institutional frameworks and promoting accountability within law enforcement and security agencies. We work tirelessly to create mechanisms that empower communities to voice their concerns and lodge complaints about misconduct, ensuring that the rights of every citizen are respected and upheld.

Our Vision
We aspire to be a leading civil society organization in Africa, driving positive change through the promotion of effective public safety and security initiatives. Our goal is to foster environments where individuals feel safe and secure, and where justice is accessible to all.

What We Do
At Light Integrated Management, we focus on several key areas:

1. Capacity Building: We work to establish a strong knowledge base and expertise in public safety, security, and justice across Nigeria and Africa. Through training, workshops, and educational programs, we equip individuals and organizations with the skills necessary to address pressing safety and security challenges.
2. Research and Strategy Development: Our organization conducts rigorous research to inform policy and practice in the fields of public safety and security. We aim to create a quality-assured Public Safety and Security Information Bank that adheres to the DAC (Development Assistance Committee) Assurance criteria, providing reliable data for informed decision-making.
3. Public Safety and Security Initiatives: We are committed to developing a universal code of conduct that is effectively utilized by all organizations involved in community policing. This code serves as a standard for ethical behavior and accountability, promoting trust between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.
